PROJECT NEHEMIAH
We will need your help to accomplish a
task only God could do. People of every skill group will be of
great use as the construction process begins and ends. From
individuals to help with beginning demolition, to skilled tradesmen
along with cleaning, in preparation for "Crossing the Jordan".

TITHES AND OFFERINGS
Church in the City has
setup a Paypal account on our website for those in the
congregation who wish to give their tithes and offerings through a
credit card or other electronic means. Contributions to the Synagogue Restoration Fund can also be made in this manner. Please denote in the comment area specific desires.

If you ordered one of the "How Great is Our God" DVD's
that we watched a few weeks ago on Sunday morning, they are in and
available for pickup. Just as a reminder they are $10 a piece and
availible at the front lobby.
MISSION'S MINISTRY
SPAIN/MOROCCO 2008
CITC will be returning
to Spain and Morocco to work with missionary Lance McKinney in Rincon
de la Victoria, Malaga, Spain. Lance and his YWAM team have
ploughed new ground in evangelism to the Spaniards in relevant ways
through internet cafes, gyms, coffee houses and street outreach.
We will then ferry to North Africa to Morocco to work with missionary
F. K. where we will minister at an orphanage, visit believers to
encourage and pray for them at their church and in their homes and
spend time in intercession. The dates for this trip are July 14th-29th.
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
WOMEN'S FELLOWSHIP
We continue our series of teachings on the Women of the Bible, Monday
May 19th at 7:00pm in the Angel's Den. Bring finger-foods to share and
childcare will be provided. We hope to see you there!

CITC CHOIR
The "New Church In The City Choir" is still accepting new members if you sing or are a musician we welcome you to be apart of the choir family. We sing on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month and choir rehearsal is on the Thursday evening prior to the 2nd and 4th Sunday in The Angel's Den at 6:30pm. Isaiah
43:19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not
perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the
wasteland.
YOUNG ADULTS MINISTRY
CITC YOUNG ADULTS
We are starting a young adult ministry
here at Church in the City. This will be a place to study God's
Word and create friendships that will encourage us as we walk through
life together. Here are some things to look for: Sunday
School every Sunday at 9:15am in room 207, fellowship nights, outreach
and young adults retreats and other events.

voluntary KITCHEN MANAGER/COOK
CITC's Kitchen Ministry is looking for
someone who is not only skilled in meal planning & preparation, but
also able to lead others in ministry for the Wednesday night outreach.
If this sounds like an area God is calling you to serve in,
please fill out a volunteer application available at CITC. For
consideration, applicants must have attended Church in the City for a
